Boothbay Harbor Police Department made two arrests and summonsed four Sept. 15-30. 

On Sept. 26, Sgt. Powers arrested Neil Caruso, 30, of Punta Gorda, Florida for operating under the influence.

On Sept. 30, Powers arrested Ethan Brooks, 54, of Boothbay Harbor for domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct.

On Sept. 16, officer Owen Springfield summonsed Sinh Nguyen, 52, of Boothbay Harbor for domestic violence terrorizing.

On Sept. 16, Springfield summonsed Thuy Nguyen, 47, of Boothbay Harbor for criminal mischief.

On Sept. 25, officer Owen Springfield summonsed Glen Devenger, 66, of Newcastle for assault. 

On Sept. 27 officer Bryce Collamore summonsed Hugh Frazel, 62, of Boothbay Harbor for harassment by telephone.
