Summons
Alexander J. Landau, 56, of Damariscotta was issued a summons May 19 for Operating under the Influence, on Upper Round Pond Road, Bristol, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Arrests
Jesse King, 42, of Windsor was arrested May 19 on a Lincoln County warrant for Terrorizing and Harassment by Telephone, by Waldoboro Officer Joslyn, on behalf of Deputy Brandon Maciuba, after an investigation of an incident, which occurred on Main Street, Whitefield, on 05/18/26.
Regina M. Villacci, 32, of Dresden was arrested May 21 for Criminal Restraint and Obstructing Report of Crime, on Middle Road, Dresden, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.
Richard Walker, 45, of Edgecomb was arrested May 21 on a York County warrant for Burglary and Aggravated Criminal Mischief, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Brandon Maciuba.
Waylon J. Armstrong, 25, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested May 22 for Operating under the Influence and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, on Route 1, Newcastle, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Lukas Terrell, 23, of Dresden was arrested May 24 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Middle Road, Dresden, by Deputy Brandon Maciuba.
Tyler A. Griffin, 36, of Bristol was arrested May 23 for Criminal Mischief, on Pemaquid Villas Road, Bristol, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Thomas W. Reiss, 31, of Westport Island was arrested May 24 for Violating a Protection Order, by Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Office, on behalf of Deputy Brandon Maciuba, after an investigation into an incident, which occurred in Lincoln County on 05/21/26.
Katherine A. Lizotte, 41, of Newcastle was arrested May 25 for Disorderly Conduct, on West Hamlet Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Accident
On May 20, an accident occurred on Benner Road in Bristol involving Todd Maurer, 63, of Bristol. Mr. Maurer was operating his 2022 Dodge 2500 northbound when a turkey flew in front of his truck. As a result, he struck the turkey and went off the roadway. Deputy Joseph Booth was the investigating officer.
