Tue, 09/08/2026 - 7:16am
Summer may be almost over, but the American Legion Sunday breakfasts continue on into the fall. The next breakfast will be on Sunday, Sept. 13 at the American Legion Hall in Boothbay.
A crew of smiling volunteers serves traditional delicious breakfast dishes including scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, sausages, bacon, hash browns, baked beans, Belgian waffles and fruit, with coffee, tea, OJ and water.
The breakfasts run on alternating Sundays from now until November, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., Sept. 13 and 27, Oct. 11 and 25 and Nov.8. The donation is $10. Kids 11 and under eat for $5. Little ones under 6 eat free.
The Charles E. Sherman Post, American Legion Hall is at 25 Industrial Park Road, in Boothbay near the Railway Village.
