Peninsula Properties welcomes new broker Roma Hoyt
Peninsula Properties is pleased to announce that Roma Hoyt has joined the firm as a sales agent. Hoyt will be working alongside managing partners/brokers Jim Matel and Alitha Young.

Having owned and restored multiple homes in both Massachusetts and Maine, she developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating welcoming living spaces.
Hoyt now resides in East Boothbay with her husband and two dogs after living in South Bristol for over a decade. She maintains deep connections throughout the peninsula and remains actively involved in local organizations including Veggies to Table and 100+ Women Who Care of Lincoln County.
