Boothbay Harbor Police Department made three arrests and issued three summonses between Jan. 12 and Feb. 11. 

Jan. 17, Officer Garrett French arrested Daniel Kelly, 30, of Oakland Park, Florida for operating under the influence and failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident. On Jan. 30, French arrested Jeremy Simmons, 27, of Boothbay Harbor for aggravated assault. On Feb. 6, Sgt. Jacob Powers arrested Robert Vangorden, 57, of Boothbay Harbor for operating under the influence and violating condition of release.

Jan. 15, French summonsed Mary Caporale, 75, of Boothbay Harbor for operating with a suspended registration. On Feb. 2, And Officer Makenzi Aronson summonsed Donna Gregory, 58, of Jefferson for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. On Feb. 5, French summonsed Jeremy Ware, 23, of Boothbay for operating while license is suspended or revoked.
