Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 4 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 270 calls for service for the period of Feb. 3 to Feb. 10. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 1,495 calls for service.
Summonses
Jacob L. McInnis Jr., 18, of Whitefield was issued a summons Feb. 3 for Domestic Violence Assault, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander, after an investigation into an incident which occurred on 01/13/26 in Whitefield.
Denise C. Cloutier, 44, of Bristol was issued summonses Feb. 7 for Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident and Operating after Suspension, on Mapleridge Road, Nobleboro, by Deputy Nathan Yeaton.
Katherine A. Lizotte, 40, of Newcastle was issued a summons Feb. 8 for Criminal Mischief, on West Hamlet Road, Newcastle, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Arrests
Jonathan P. Sawyer, 56, of Warren was arrested Feb. 3 on a Knox County warrant for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Violating Condition of Release, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Corey J. Chapman, 33, of Dresden was arrested Feb. 3 for Criminal Mischief; Domestic Violence Assault; and Sale and Use of Drug Paraphernalia, on Middle Road, Dresden, by Deputy Samuel Alexander, who was assisted by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Sarah A. Charette, 36, of Bowdoinham was arrested Feb. 4 for Operating under the Influence and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, on Route 1, Edgecomb, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers, who was assisted by Sgt. Kevin Dennison and Wiscasset Officer Hilton.
Michael Moore, 41, of Livermore Falls was arrested Feb. 7 on a Probation Hold, on Main Street, Whitefield, by Deputy Nathan Yeaton.
Accidents
On Feb. 3, an accident occurred on Middle Road in Dresden involving Rick T. Cook, 36, of Topsham. Mr. Cook was operating his 2019 Jeep Cherokee eastbound when he observed a deer enter the roadway from the westbound ditch and strike his vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
On Feb. 5, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Juliana S. Haynes, 28, of West Rockport. Ms. Haynes was operating her 2025 Hyundai Palisade northbound when a deer entered the roadway from the left and struck her vehicle. Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
