Lincoln County Sheriff's Office: 4 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 211 calls for service for the period of April 28 to May 5. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 4,164 calls for service.
Summonses
Wyatt D. Brey, 20, of Edgecomb was issued a summons April 29 for Leaving Scene of Motor Vehicle Accident, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Ethan Burns.
Susan Spurr, 51, of Acton was issued a summons April 30 for Violating Condition of Release and Criminal Trespass, on Back Narrows Road, Boothbay, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison, on behalf of Deputy Brandon Maciuba.
Arrests
Nathan R. Herald, 37, of Wiscasset was arrested April 28 for Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, on Medomak Road, Bremen, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Ashley E. Robinson, 51, of Alna was arrested April 29 for Operating Under the Influence – 2 priors and Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, on Storage Lane, Boothbay, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Aidan McGraw, 20, of Newcastle was arrested April 30 for Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, on Jackies Way, Newcastle, by Deputy Ethan Burns.
Daniel H. Lewis, 33, of Boothbay was arrested May 3 on a Lincoln County warrant for Violating a Protection Order, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Accident
On April 29, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Dresden involving Daryl E. Libby, 72, of Corinna. Mr. Libby was operating his 2016 Jeep Compass northbound when a deer ran out from the left side, in front of his vehicle and was struck, before running off. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
