Our community is once again showing its incredible generosity and spirit as we prepare for our upcoming Tricky Tray Fundraiser. Southport Town Hall doors will open at 5 p.m. and prize drawings will begin at 6:30. Raffle tickets can be purchased at the door and dinner concessions will be available for donation.

This year's event is shaping up to be one you won't want to miss. Thanks to the support of more than 50 local businesses, organizations, and individuals, we have already collected over 60 raffle prizes—and donations are still coming in. The variety and value of prizes continue to grow, making this event an exciting opportunity for attendees of all ages.

Some of the top tier prizes include four tickets to a classic Maine lobster bake, a $150 dining experience at both the Newagen Seaside Inn Restaurant & The Salty Stag, a $500 service package from Mike Wallace Lawn & Landscape. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the chance to win four yards of their choice of mulch, loam, stone or gravel delivered by F 'N A Enterprises, while others may have their eye on a cord of split and Lincoln County delivered firewood from B & B Tree Services.

For those who love unique craftsmanship, a beautifully handcrafted wooden boat carving will also be up for grabs from Jeannie Laub (goodboatdontleak). Music lovers can look forward to tickets to the SIA Musicfest Concerts, and families will enjoy the opportunity to win a membership to the Boothbay Railway Village.

We have also received an exciting contribution from Camp Cody, featuring one $4,000 gift certificate and three additional $2,500 gift certificates, each applicable toward their two-week summer camp sessions. Please check them out at campcody.com.

In addition, we have an overwhelming number of gift cards and merchandise from our amazing generous local businesses.

With prizes still being added daily, the anticipation continues to build. This Tricky Tray event is more than just a raffle—it’s a celebration of community, generosity, and coming together for a great cause.
