ACLU of Maine Legal Director Carol Garvan will present on the ACLU of Maine’s immigration work, the rights immigrants have when encountering immigration agents, and the rights of everyone in Maine to protest, document law enforcement, and inform others of their rights.  

This talk provides information on rights of immigrants, bystanders, and other community members that can be of interest to a wide array of attendees.
