Boothbay Harbor Police Department made three arrests and summonsed one between July 1 and July 15. 

On July 2, Sgt. Powers arrested Sean Parsons, 45, of Scottsdale, Arizona for endangering the welfare of children, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, disorderly conduct and public drinking. 

On July 6, Officer Makenzi Aronson arrested Joshua Morse, 31, of Boothbay Harbor on a warrant for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

On July 11, Sgt. Powers arrested Shawn Spurling, 31, of Holliston, Massachusetts for operating under the influence.

On July 3, Sgt. Powers summonsed Kyle Henderson, 26, of Exeter, New Hampshire for operating a vehicle without a license.
