Sensei James Harriman is eager to bring his karate experience to Midcoast Maine. He is a karate Sensei holding a second degree black belt, and 40 years of experience in Karate. He specializes in Tae Kwon Do, and it is his mission to offer self-defense training, physical discipline, and tournament support.

Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Watts Hall, 174 Main Street in Thomaston. Membership includes 8 classes per month for $120. Receive 25% off your first session for new customers! Family pricing: Receive 50% off for additional family members.
