The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 286 calls for service for the period of July 14 to July 21. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 7,159 calls for service.
Summons
Amber L. Golden, 33, of Wiscasset was issued a summons July 15 for Harassment by Telephone, on Sortwell Road, Westport Island, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Arrests
Tabatha L. Quirion, 39, of Whitefield was arrested July 15 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Vigue Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.
Samuel H. Reed, 40, of Bath was arrested July 15 on an Androscoggin County warrant and Violating Condition of Release, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Terry M. Duke, 37, of Waldoboro was arrested July 17 on a Waldoboro Police Department warrant for Domestic Violence Aggravated Assault and Criminal Mischief, on Jackson Road, Waldoboro, by Detective Matthew Ryan.
Tabatha L. Quirion, 39, of Whitefield was arrested July 20 for Violating Condition of Release, on Vigue Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Mark Fortin.
Accidents
On July 14, an accident occurred on US Route 1 in Nobleboro involving Kenneth K. Foster, 63, of Camden. Mr. Foster was operating his 2012 Mini Cooper southbound when a deer ran into the roadway and was struck, causing reportable damage to his vehicle. Deputy Joseph Booth was the investigating officer.
On July 14, an accident occurred on Townhouse Road in Whitefield involving Sarah Rhinelander, 54, of Westport Island. Ms. Rhinelander was operating her 2015 Toyota 4Runner southbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing functional damage. Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
On July 17, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Newcastle involving Trapper J. Oliver, 43, of Lewiston. Mr. Oliver was operating his 2023 Freightliner southbound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer.
On July 18, an accident occurred on Main Street in Newcastle involving Emmanuel Kourinos, 55, of Falmouth. Mr. Kourinos had parked his 2026 Lexus TX350 in the parking lot of the Newcastle Publick House, while he was inside. When he returned to his vehicle, he discovered his vehicle had been struck. Deputy Nathan Yeaton was the investigating officer.
On July 18, an accident occurred on Waldoboro Road in Bremen involving Careyleah MacLeod, 79, of Pemaquid and Julieanne Burridge, 40, of Amesbury, Massachusetts Ms. MacLeod was operating her 2013 Volkswagen Jetta northbound behind Ms. Burridge’s 2011 Toyota Highlander. Ms. Burridge slowed to turn left and reported that her signal was on to turn left, when Ms. MacLeod went to pass Burridge’s vehicle on the left, in a passing zone. Ms. Burridge started to turn left, when Ms. MacLeod struck her vehicle, causing MacLeod’s vehicle to go into a ditch, before coming back onto the road. Sgt. Jonathan Colby was the investigating officer.
On July 18, an accident occurred on Egypt Road in Alna involving Liam Thomas P. Jacobs, 19, of Alna. Mr. Jacobs was operating his 2014 GMC Sierra northbound when he stated he had a steering issue. As a result, he lost control of his vehicle before crossing the centerline and going off the roadway on the left. His vehicle then entered a ditch before striking a tree. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
On July 20, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Kaydin C. Nichols, 23, of Wiscasset. Ms. Nichols was operating her 2010 Toyota Rav4 northbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing front end damage, resulting in leaking fluids. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
