Martha Simpson and Robert Jacobs received conditional approval to stabilize shoreline and repair a seawall. Conditions include procuring right, title and deed of the McKellar family and limiting work to 40 feet within the easement. The property is on Shore Road in a coastal residential district and shoreland overland zone. The couple was represented by Kipp Farrin of Pat Farrin and Sons.
Ronnie and Jamie Campbell of Boothbay Harbor received conditional approval to develop a vacant lot for a wood processing business on their Industrial Park Road property. The lone condition is for the code office to receive a certified soil and erosion plan. The lot is in a manufacturing and business district. Dante Guzzi of Guzzi Design Group, LLC represented the Campbells.
A pre-application meeting with PGC LLC was not held.
