Boothbay Harbor Police Department arrested two for operating under the influence between Dec. 11, 2025 and Jan. 11, 2026. 

On Dec. 15, 2025, officer Garrett French arrested John Capello, 44, of Bath for operating under the influence.

On Dec. 31, 2025, Sgt. Jake Powers arrested Jerry Thompson, 40, of Bangor for operating under the influence.

BHPD summonsed two between Dec. 15, 2025 and Jan. 11, 2026.

On Jan. 2, 2026, Chief Douglas Snyder summonsed Charles Hodgdon, 46, of Boothbay for criminal trespass.

On Jan. 9, 2026, Officer French summonsed Seth Petersen, 33, of Boothbay Harbor for operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked.
