2025 Vintage Car Show sets records, trophy winners announced

It was a perfect storm on Saturday, Aug. 9 for the 12th annual OBD Williams-Fossett Vintage Car Show and traditional Olde Bristol Days Parade. Amazing weather, dedicated volunteers, creative floats, fascinating vehicles and families having fun all contributed to the excellent vibes. It was a similar scenario at Pemaquid Beach Park with OBD’s“Kids’ Zone” of activities and array of vendors.
The Vintage Car Show shattered records, with over 50 super-cool vehicles cruising into the large lot at Bristol Consolidated School and many hundreds visiting the event set records for both. “The addition of the ‘Truckin’ Good Food’ truck was big,” commented Vintage Show organizer, Jeff Friedman. “Also adding to the vibe,” he continued,“was the thirdseason of Edgecomb’s ‘Golden Gup’ spinning everyone’s favorite tunes.”
Special thanks to Olde Bristol Days organizer Sabrina Powell Beach and her talented staff. And to Bristol Consolidated School head custodian, Godofredo Arzate, for making it all happen with skill and a smile.
