Tapestry Singers is holding auditions for the fall semester. The first rehearsal is on Sept. 8 in preparation for the Dec. 13 and 14 concerts. The "’Tis the Season" program will include festive music of Christmas, Hanukkah, and the Winter Solstice, performed in the unparalleled acoustics of the Damariscotta Baptist Church.

The members of Tapestry Singers have a variety of backgrounds in musical training, a wonderful mix of professional and highly skilled amateur singers. Their audiences have come to expect something out of the ordinary, new music to challenge their sensibilities, and familiar tunes that are interestingly arranged.
