Ocean Point Column: Cheers to the many hosts
We had quite the whirlwind of activities this past week and there are many to thank for hosting them. Thank you to Tim and Abby Mahoney for organizing the All Star Game Watch last Tuesday evening. I understand everyone enjoyed not only the game but the ball game snacks as well.
Wednesday morning Laurie Frazier conducted a mosaic jewelry class for the ladies and created some beautiful pieces of jewelry.
Ladies Bunco was filled last Wednesday evening thanks to Donna Logan. As always everyone thoroughly enjoyed the fun and laughter of the game.
Friday morning was quite busy here at the Point as the Garden Club hosted their Annual House and Garden Tour. Ocean Pointer Roseanne Bourassa co chaired the event and from what I witnessed it was quite successful. Some of our Ocean Pointers displayed their artistic talents and sold their crafts along with other vendors from the area.
Maureen and Robert Driscoll hosted the kid’s Trivia Night on Friday, and it sounds as though the kids all had a great time, thank you to the Driscolls.
Our first Porch Party of the season was held Saturday evening and was hosted by the OPCT Board.
