Nominations open for MaineHealth’s Coulombe Center Award for Innovation
The MaineHealth Coulombe Center for Health Improvement is now accepting nominations for its annual Award for Innovation, which recognizes nonprofit organizations making a meaningful impact on community health in the MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital area.
Established in 2018, the award highlights community partners doing innovative work to improve the health and well-being of people living and working in Lincoln County. The Coulombe Center serves as a catalyst for community health improvement by building relationships, connecting resources and supporting collaborative efforts that strengthen the region.
The selected organization will demonstrate creativity and effectiveness in addressing community health needs while aligning with the Coulombe Center’s mission to enhance existing assets and fill gaps without duplicating services.
Nominations must be submitted by April 15. A panel of volunteers, including MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital leadership, community committee representatives and Coulombe Center staff, will review submissions and select an awardee this spring.
The recipient will be honored at a recognition event and will receive a framed award and funding to support the continued development of their program.
