Ralliers to be on Wiscasset-Edgecomb bridge Saturday
No Kings Rallies will be taking place across the U.S. on Saturday, March 28. In Lincoln County, a No Kings Rally will be held on March 28 on Donald E. Davey Bridge from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Rally planners are hoping to make this, the third No Kings Rally Day, the largest. Lincoln County Indivisible, in conjunction with community organizers, has been working to make this No Kings Rally the largest yet in Lincoln County.
Anyone planning to attend the No Kings Rally in Wiscasset is strongly advised to carpool. Parking is available in Wiscasset at Water Street Town Landing Parking and Water Street Public Parking; Middle Street Public Parking; Railroad Avenue Public Parking; Courthouse Parking Lot; Town Office Parking Lot; Wiscasset Elementary School Parking Lot; and Wiscasset Middle High School Parking Lot (the farthest option). ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) drop off is at Creamery Pier Parking, the lot next to Route One near the Wiscasset end of the bridge.
