Lady Seahawks fall to Ramblers, 4-1, in MVC tennis

The Boothbay Lady Seahawks lost to Winthrop May 11, 4-1, in Mountain Valley Conference tennis action. Boothbay drops to 3-5. Winthrop improved to 3-4.
No. 2 Singles Izzy Andreason earned the Lady Seahawks' lone victory. She won 3-6, 6-4, 6-4. No. 1 singles Hannah Kreft lost 6-1, 2-6, 6-7. No. 3 Abby Orchard lost 6-2, 6-3.
In doubles, No. 1 team of Maddie Andreason and Addie Barter lost 6-1, 6-1. No. 2 team Arabella Hodgdon and Frida Kirchhauser lost 6-0, 6-0.
The Lady Seahawks' next match is Wednesday, May 13 versus Spruce Mountain.
