J. Edward Knight Insurance, a leading provider of insurance solutions in Midcoast Maine since 1898, is pleased to announce the addition of Kristy Cromwell to its Boothbay Harbor team. Cromwell recently joined the agency and has successfully earned her license to sell personal lines insurance, bringing a strong foundation of administrative expertise, customer care, and deep ties to the local community. 

Cromwell comes to J. Edward Knight Insurance with nearly two decades of professional experience across healthcare administration and client services. Her background includes serving as an advanced medical support assistant at Togus Primary Care in Augusta, as well as an administrative technician at Bath Iron Works. Over her career, she has held administrative and care roles at several Midcoast Maine organizations, including Midcoast Medical Group Nephrology in Bath, Martin’s Point Health Care in Brunswick, Wiscasset Family Medicine, and Lincoln Medical Partners in Boothbay Harbor.

A graduate of Wiscasset High School, Cromwell’s extensive experience in customer service, scheduling, accurate documentation, and administrative operations positions her well to help personal lines insurance clients protect what matters most.

Outside of her professional work, Cromwell resides in Windsor with her husband and child. Above all, she treasures family time, shares a passion for stock car racing, hockey, and football, and is an avid reader whenever time permits. 

In her new role at the Boothbay Harbor office, Cromwell will assist clients with personal insurance solutions, including home, auto, and personal liability coverage.
