Fire and ICE across America
Dear Editor:
Mayors, governors, have no love for their cities, the law. They brag about a decrease in crime. Last weekend, more than 30 shot, eight died in Chicago. Mothers cry when children die. Immigration Customs Enforcement agents are not law officers, they are good honest, family Americans. Shot at, spit on, rocks, concrete thrown. They will not cease. They are the new hero in this country. They are dedicated to the truth.
So far, murders, rapists, poison peddlers, detained, by the thousands. Our president has every right, rhyme and reason to issue their cause.
Every sheriff in Maine must renew cooperation and duty to the purpose. Those who suffer want them there. Where mayors and governors fail, President Trump will triumph.
Last week, in Boston, a police patrol car was set ablaze, officers injured. The mayor had little to say in response.
