Imagine a world without birdsong or the ‘denizens of the sea’ who captivate us with their unseen realms. Artists have been mesmerized for millennia by the natural world, particularly all creatures soaring and swimming.

Kerr+Jones Gallery celebrates “Fins & Feathers” with the works of a stellar group of current gallery artists who clearly love interpreting birds and fish in a multitude of mediums including ceramics, oil, acrylic and pastel, linoleum block, wood, metal and stone. 

Artists include Matt Barter, Kathleen Buchanan, John Catizone, Kristy Cavaretta, Dona Dalton, Anna Dibble, Terry Golson, Ellen Granter, Lisa Houck, Diana Kerr, Ann McClellan, Paul Plante, John Rogers, Antje Roitzsch, Paul Sumner, Scott Tindall, Lansing Wagner, Kate Winn and David Witbeck.

The public is invited to a reception on Wednesday, July 29 from 4 to 6 p.m.
