Courtesy of the candidateOn Tuesday, May 19, Barbara Cray, candidate for district attorney for prosecutorial District 6, which includes all of Lincoln County, is holding a screening of her film “Votes for Women, the History of Women’s Suffrage Through Song” at Boothbay Harbor's Harbor Theater. This event will run from 6-8:30 p.m. with the film screening between 6:30 and 7:25 p.m.
The evening will include remarks by Ms. Cray regarding the making of the film and a discussion of issues relating to voting rights for women then and now. She will hold a meet and greet after the screening and discussion in connection with her candidacy.
The Harbor Theater is located at 185 Townsend Ave. in Boothbay Harbor.
