Todd Plummer didn't go to haul and made a special guest appearance at Community Lunch! Jen Mitchell photoThe weather and the roads may not have been helpful but that didn't stop over 50 people from attending Community Lunch Dec. 29.
Byron Cortez, along with Stan Hornsby, put out a "from scratch" taco bar, including refried beans, guacamole to die for (need that recipe!) all fresh veggies, and a roasted salsa Verde by Stan, which completely rounded things out. Tequila cupcakes by Paula were a big hit, with not one of the over 50 she made left over.
Next week's Lunch will be hosted by the Community Resource Council with chili on the menu. We look forward to seeing everyone Monday.
