Celebrate the guys today! Dads, granddads, uncles, brothers, and best buds are all welcome at Harbor Theater for our Father's Day Special!
At 2 pm, all men receive a free popcorn to enjoy during Toy Story 5. The toys are back in Disney and Pixar’s “Toy Story 5,” and this time it’s Toy meets Tech. Woody (voice of Tom Hanks), Buzz Lightyear (voice of Tim Allen), Jessie (voice of Joan Cusack) and the rest of the gang’s jobs are challenged when they come face-to-face with Lilypad (voice of Greta Lee), a brand-new tablet device that arrives with her own disruptive ideas about what is best for their kid, Bonnie. Will playtime ever be the same? “Toy Story 5” features an original score by Oscar® winner Randy Newman, who returns to score his fifth “Toy Story” feature and hit single by Taylor Swift.
Then, at 6 pm, our guys are treated to a free soft pretzel and beer (from Footbridge Brewery) while they revel in the adventures of The Great Escape (1963). Based on a true story, during WWII a group of allied escape artist-type POWs are all put in an “escape proof” camp. Their leader decides to try to take out several hundred all at once. The first half of the movie is played for comedy, as the prisoners mostly outwit their jailers to dig the escape tunnel. The second half is high adventure as they use planes, trains, and boats to get out of occupied Europe. Directed by John Sturgis. Stars Steve McQueen, James Garner, Charles Bronson, Steve Coburn, Richard Attenborough, and Donald Pleasance.
Doors open at 1:00 for the 2 pm matinee and 5:00 for the 6 pm show. Tickets for each show are $8 for Members and kids under 18; Adult non-member tickets are $12.
