Boothbay Region Democratic Committee calls members to action at annual meeting
At a time when our democracy faces real challenges, the Boothbay Region Democratic Committee is calling on local Democrats to come together, get organized, and prepare for the critical elections ahead. The Committee will hold its annual meeting on Saturday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at the Rotary Club of Boothbay, 66 Montgomery Road, Boothbay Harbor. Light refreshments will be served.
This is a working meeting and a rallying point for Democrats who understand that progress does not happen on its own. With the midterm and gubernatorial elections in sight, local engagement, strong leadership, and collective action are essential.
Members will elect or re-elect officers, review and vote on updated bylaws, and meet Democratic candidates for local and state office, who will be invited to attend. Just as importantly, attendees will have the opportunity to reconnect, share concerns, and recommit to protecting democratic values at the local and state level.
This is a moment to stand up, speak out, and help shape the direction of our committee and our community. All Boothbay Region Democrats are strongly encouraged to attend and be part of the effort to build momentum for the year ahead.
Together, we can meet this moment.
