Erik Hobson understands the struggle of Maine's working families because he lives it. A Boothbay resident and Property Claims Manager, Erik sees daily how Augusta's policies impact everyday people's bottom lines.

He's a husband, a father of two sons, and an active member of the Boothbay Baptist Church. Service has always been at the core of Erik's life. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force Reserves and has served as an American Legion Post 36 Officer since 2021.

A graduate of Arizona State University with degrees in Anthropology and Psychology, Erik approaches problems by understanding the people they affect. Now, his mission is serving his community and working to make Maine a more affordable place for the next generation.
