Hey Cookies! It's back ... our world-famous Cookie Walk will be sweetening up the Center on Friday, Feb. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sprinkles, chips, you name it! We are busy getting our best cookies ready for you. Stroll along tables full of cookies and build your own assortment.
P-L-E-A-S-E consider becoming a volunteer driver for our People Helping People program which helps local residents who can't drive by taking them shopping and to appointments. You will also be helping our current wonderful volunteer drivers who are taking on multiple trips this winter. You can volunteer to drive as much or as little as you'd like. Help your neighbors, please. We would be so glad to hear from you! Please call us at 633-9876.
Just a reminder that we will be closed for President's Day, Monday Feb. 16. We will re-open at our regular time on Tuesday morning.
More food for you! On Wednesday, Feb. 18, we're having another free community soup lunch with homemade soups, breads and desserts from 11:30 a.m. until we run out! Everyone is welcome.
Technology Talk! BHML’s Bethany Schmidt will be here on Thursday, Feb. 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to talk about technology and answer your questions.

Households earning up to $69,000 annually can likely receive FREE tax preparation by an IRS-certified volunteer tax preparer. By appointment only. Our durable medical equipment program is in need of shower chairs and wheelchairs. We have lots of other equipment and are happy to provide it to anyone who needs it at no charge. If you have equipment that you aren’t using, bring it to us and we’ll pass it along to folks who need it.
