On a serious note, we are badly in need of volunteer drivers for our People Helping People program which helps local residents who can't drive by taking them shopping and to appointments. By offering to drive occasionally, you will also be helping our wonderful current volunteer drivers who are doing more than their fair share this winter. You can volunteer to drive as much or as little as you'd like. Help your neighbors, please. We would be so glad to hear from you! Please call us at 633-9876.
Technology Talk! BHML’s Bethany Schmidt will be here on Thursday, Feb. 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to talk about technology and answer your questions.
Our durable medical equipment program is in need of shower chairs and wheelchairs. We have lots of other equipment and are happy to provide it to anyone who needs it at no charge. If you have equipment that you aren’t using, bring it to us and we’ll pass it along to folks who need it.
