The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 234 calls for service for the period of May 27 to June 3. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 5,471 calls for service.
Summonses
Cameron J. Pease, 27, of Cushing was issued a summons May 29 for Attaching False Plates, on Center Street, Nobleboro, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Emmitt Kitchen Jr., 31, of Augusta was issued a summons May 29 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked, on Augusta Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Gerald Rolerson, 67, of Appleton was issued a summons May 31 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked- OUI, on Bunker Hill Road, Jefferson, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Arrests
Abraham J. Ober, 51, of Whitefield was arrested May 27 on a Kennebec County warrant for Failure to Appear on an Assault charge, on Benner Lane, Whitefield, by Detective Matthew Ryan.
Timothy J. Dennis, 39, of Phippsburg turned himself into the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, May 27 on a Sagadahoc County arrest warrant for Operating under the Influence and Violating Condition of Release. Mr. Dennis was arrested and transported to Two Bridges Regional Jail by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Nathaniel B. Morrison, 23, of Auburn was arrested May 28 for Domestic Violence Terrorizing; Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention and Assault on an Officer, on Center Street, Nobleboro, by Detective Jared Mitkus, on behalf of an investigation by Deputy Caleb Poirier.
Jessica D. Fairservice, 40, of Whitefield was arrested May 30 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – OUI Drugs, on Head Tide Hill Road, Alna, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Accidents
On May 27, an accident occurred on Cooper Road in Whitefield involving John S. Holt, 58, of Farmingdale. Mr. Holt was operating his 2024 Harley-Davidson motorcycle southbound when he went off the roadway on the right and hit a large rock located roadside. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
On May 27, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Sarah K. Daniel, 33, of South Lyon, MI. Ms. Daniel was operating her 2024 Ford Escape northbound when a deer entered the road and was struck, causing disabling damage to the front of her vehicle. Deputy Caleb Poirier was the investigating officer.
On May 28, an accident occurred on Winslow Hill Road in Nobleboro involving Sumner A. Smith, 17, of Waldoboro. Mr. Smith was operating his 2017 Jeep Compass southbound when a deer entered the roadway and was struck, causing front end and radiator damage. Sgt. Matthew Day was the investigating officer.
On May 29, an accident occurred on Route 1 in Edgecomb involving Alexis R. Steen-Flemings, 31, of Rosharon, TX. Ms. Steen-Flemings was operating her 2024 Hyundai Palisade southbound when a deer ran out in front of her and was struck, causing front end damage. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
On May 29, an accident occurred on Augusta Road in Whitefield involving William T. Adamson, 16, of Chelsea and Kelsea A. Ebberts, 32, of Chelsea. Mr. Adamson was operating his 2017 Lexus RX eastbound behind Ms. Ebberts’ 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which had slowed and stopped for a stopped school bus ahead of her. As Mr. Adamson crested a hill (coming up behind Ebberts’ vehicle), he advised his vision was obscured by the sun and struck Ebberts’ vehicle in the rear end. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
On May 29, an accident occurred on State Route 129 in South Bristol involving Richard P. Smith, 34, of Nobleboro and Samuel T. Graves, 67, of Waldoboro. Mr. Graves was operating his 2018 Ford Explorer southbound on Route 129. Mr. Smith was attempting to take a left hand turn onto Route 129 in his 2011 Toyota RAV4. Mr. Smith advised a flag was partially obstructing his view and he turned left in front of Graves’ vehicle, causing both vehicles to collide. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
On May 30, an accident occurred on Augusta Road in Whitefield involving Ryan S. Patten, 41, of Washington. Mr. Patten was operating his 2022 Toyota Tacoma westbound when a deer ran out in front of him and was struck, causing front passenger side damage. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
