We invite you to join us at 727 Ocean Sunset for some of the best food in the region created by New Orleans Chef Ethan Cosby.  Chef Ethan instinctually knows how to marry flavors together to create the most sumptuous dish's to delight the palette.  His dishes are not only delicious but each a piece of art he carefully executes.  We also have a new list of refreshing and unique handcrafted cocktails.  The restaurant is open Thursday through Tuesday and closed on Wednesdays to give our staff a break.
