Kevin J. Chubbuck
Kevin James Chubbuck, 59, of Edgecomb, passed away March 18, 2026 at Sussman House, surrounded by his loving family.
Kevin was born July 6, 1966 in Boothbay Harbor to Daniel Chubbuck and Roberta (Pinkham) Chubbuck.
He married the love of his life, Tammy on Oct. 19, 1991.
Kevin very much enjoyed his years as a sea urchin diver, working alongside his father and brother. He went on to earn his CDL truck driving license, and spent some years traveling while long-haul trucking, before finding local work to be able to spend more time at home with his family.
He loved hunting deer and being on the water. Filled with more exciting and comical stories than anyone could imagine, he enjoyed spending time around a campfire or poker table with his family, remembering all of the good times had.
In recent years he earned the title of “Grampa” when his grandson Parker was born, and it was a title he held proudly and fulfilled greatly.
Kevin was predeceased by his wife, Tammy Chubbuck.
He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Roberta Chubbuck; brother and best friend, Wayne Chubbuck; daughter, Kristy Cromwell and her husband, Alex; son, Daniel Chubbuck; grandson, Parker; father in-law, David Chapman; many brothers in-law, sisters in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A service will be held in May 2026, and details will be shared in the near future.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that anyone wishing to honor Kevin’s memory consider donation to the MaineHealth Home Health & Hospice Sussman House in Rockport, Maine.
