Gail N. Richter, 83, died peacefully at her home in Southport on Aug. 24, 2025.  A Memorial Service to celebrate Gail's life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6 at St. Columba's Episcopal Church, 32 Emery Lane, Boothbay Harbor.  A full obituary will appear later.
