The Boothbay Region Student Aid Fund (BRSAF) is reminding Boothbay Region High School (BRHS) seniors that the deadline to apply for educational grants is fast approaching. All applications for students planning to enroll in programs beginning in the Fall of 2025 must be submitted by June 15, 2025.
As the cost of higher education continues to rise, BRSAF remains deeply committed to ensuring that our local students can continue their education without being held back by financial obstacles. We encourage every eligible senior to apply, even if they're unsure about qualifying. It's our mission to support the dreams and ambitions of students from our region.
For 60 years, BRSAF has provided financial support to BRHS graduates pursuing higher education, whether it be a four-year university, community college, technical or trade school, certificate program, or graduate degree. Grants awarded are based on financial need and are not loans, meaning they do not require repayment.
