Expanding the axiom, “give credit where credit is due” to include that of accomplishment, attention is directed to the current student exhibit at Boothbay Region Art Foundation.

In considering all the galleries I have visited in my lifetime, I can honestly say my visit to the BRAF Gallery late Friday afternoon, captivated my attention to a degree beyond the capacity of most art venues. Considering all that went into very diversified art forms that exemplified modern and established techniques of image and structural production, facilitated by talented and motivational art teachers, and created by the innate artistic capabilities of participating students. The work embraces the essence of art as far as incorporating spontaneity, ingenuity, self interpretation, and tempered inhibition.

A must see eclectic display this coming weekend, the last opportunity that entries can be seen collectively. Don’t miss the opportunity to brighten your day.
