The Boothbay Region Food Pantry ’s new website is live! Funded by a grant from the Chester and Muriel Dawes Foundation, the website provides useful information to support families dealing with food insecurity in the communities of Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor, Southport, and Edgecomb.   

On the new site, families can easily access information such as our location, open hours, phone number, how to register, and what to do in the event of a food emergency. It also provides a sense of the variety of foods we offer and a number of helpful documents for downloading. 

If individuals and/or groups are planning to organize a food drive on behalf of the Boothbay Region Food Pantry, the website provides information about how to make that happen.   

Finally, and most importantly, given the reduced food support from the federal government and increasing numbers of families seeking food, if there is interest in making a donation to the Boothbay Region Food Pantry, the website offers donors payment options of cash, check, credit card, and PayPal.
