Southport Central School fundraisers planned

The Southport Central School sixth grade class is raising money for its trip to New York City this spring. Two fundraisers have been planned for February and March.
On Friday, Feb. 21 at Waldoboro American Legion Hall (181 Jefferson Street), a bingo game night to raise money for the class is planned. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and the snack bar will open at 5 p.m. There will be lots of prizes and tons of fun. Have a family night out on the road and play some bingo.
On Saturday, March 22, the class will hold a Winter Carnival at the Southport Town Hall. More information on the event will be forthcoming.
