The Boothbay Planning Board approved PGC2's application on Sept. 17 to construct a 13,954 square foot parking lot with 43 spaces. Alyssa Pulver, P.E. of Gartley and Dorsky Engineering and Surveying Inc. represented the applicant. The parking lot is on the applicant's White Birch Lane property.
The lot includes a 6-foot by 8-foot dumpster on a concrete slab, retaining walls, drainage system, associated lighting and sidewalks.
The property is zoned in the Boothbay Village Center and Watershed Protection Overlay.
The board meets next at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 15 in the conference room.
