Newagan Seaside Inn is excited to announce Nathaniel Adam as the Executive Chef at their onsite restaurant and bar, The Pub.
Born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Bonita Springs, Florida, Chef Nathaniel Adam found his passion for food at an early age. With over a decade of experience in mostly country clubs, Nathaniel is a modern American chef executing global cuisine with classical French technique.
His recent achievements include 2017 Claw Down Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice and 2017 Maine Lobster Chef of the Year, Judge’s Choice, at the annual Harvest on the Harbor competition in Portland.
Nathaniel is Executive Chef at Newagen Seaside Inn from May to October and spends his winter in southwest Florida as a private chef. His fiancée, Megan Conway, is the dining room manager at Newagen.
