Lincoln County Sheriff's Office: 3 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 187 calls for service for the period of April 15 to April 22. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 4,172 calls for service.
Summonses
Corey A. Frizzell, 45, of Boothbay was issued a summons April 15 for Failure to Submit to Finger Printing, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Detective Justin Drake.
Robin Gerrard, 60, of Whitefield was issued a summons April 16 for Allowing Dog to be at Large, on Devine Road, Whitefield, by Animal Control Officer Allen Oliver.
Ann S. Roberts, 83, of Whitefield was issued a summons April 18 for Allowing Dog to be at Large, on White Tail Lane, Whitefield, by Animal Control Officer Allen Oliver.
Arrests
Michael Mace, 49, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was arrested April 20 for Criminal Mischief and Obstructing Report of a Crime, on Route 1, Edgecomb, by Deputy Nathan Yeaton, who was assisted by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Devan L. Anderson, 37, of Bremen was arrested April 21 on a Damariscotta Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear on an Operating After Suspension charge, on Biscay Road, Bremen, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Steve A. Freeman, III, 24, of Whitefield was arrested April 21 for Possession of Firearm by Prohibited Person, on Hunts Meadow Road, Whitefield, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Accidents
On April 15, an accident occurred on Southside Road in Bristol involving Brandon W. Reilly, 41, of Bristol. Mr. Reilly attempted to make a U-turn at the intersection of Southside Road and Leeman Hill Road in Bristol, while operating his 2017 Dodge Ram 25. His vehicle swung wide and went partially off the road on the Southside Road and when the vehicle went off the road, it struck a utility pole that was roadside. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
On April 15, an accident occurred on River Road in Newcastle involving Mark T. Gorey, 62, of Edgecomb. Mr. Gorey was operating his 2021 Subaru Crosstrek southbound when a deer entered the roadway and collided with his vehicle. Deputy Jerold Winslow was the investigating officer.
On April 15, an accident occurred on Head Tide Road in Whitefield involving Kiersten L. Burton, 36, of Whitefield. Ms. Burton was operating her 2017 Toyota RAV4 northbound when she struck a deer in the roadway. Deputy Kasey Doyle was the investigating officer.
On April 16, an accident occurred on River Road in Edgecomb involving Kasey L. Doolan, 31, of Edgecomb. Ms. Doolan was operating her 2019 Chevrolet Silverado southbound when an unidentified vehicle stopped in the road to allegedly avoid an animal. Ms. Doolan swerved to the left to avoid the unidentified vehicle and went off the road to the left, where she struck a group of small trees/bushes and then a mailbox. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
On April 17, an accident occurred on Ocean Point Road in Boothbay involving Lindamay S. Klemanski, 48, of Boothbay. Ms. Klemanski was operating her 2015 Dodge Durango southbound when a deer ran out from the west side of the road and struck the vehicle on the passenger side front corner, causing minor damage. Deputy Scott Solorzano was the investigating officer.
On April 17, an accident occurred on Alna Road in Alna involving Deric Verney, 39, of Newcastle. Mr. Verney was operating his 2024 GMC Sierra southbound when he struck a deer which was in the roadway. Deputy Kasey Doyle was the investigating officer.
On April 18, an accident occurred on Gardiner Road in Dresden involving Fae Elise Crise, 23, of Farmingdale. Ms. Crise was operating her 2014 Honda Civic southbound when she had a medical event, which caused her to go off the roadway on the right and strike a guardrail, causing passenger side damage. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
