BRES eighth grade trip
The Boothbay Region Class of 2029 (this year's 8th graders, now freshmen) would like to thank the community for their support in making their 8th grade class trip possible. Without the donations of many local businesses of pizza for our concessions as well as gift certificates and more for our raffle, the trip would not have been possible.
Thank you as well to our community who bought raffle tickets, 50/50 tickets, concessions, pizza kits, and more to help fund our trip. With your generosity, the entire trip was free for all 8th graders to attend.
They enjoyed a coach bus ride to Moose Mountain Adventure Park in Richmond where they played mini golf, games, and ate ice cream or a slushy. They then went on to Urban Air where they rock climbed, jumped, played basketball and dodge ball, soared on the Sky Rider, and played arcade games. They ended their trip with a buffet of pizza, salad, drinks and dessert at Unos.
Thank you again for making this possible. There were lots of smiles and laughter as one last core memory was made before entering into high school.
