Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club
Welcome to September with the cool nights but lovely sunny days. We took last Thursday off, but will be gathering again this Thursday to welcome our District Governor, Emma Bodewell. Judi and Rick have offered to be the Chefs of the Day this week. Thank you to Judi and Rick. We've been enjoying the delicious and varied dinners made by our members this summer. You too can join in and be a Chef of the Day too. Just let Laurie know the date, then submit the invoice to Brian for reimbursement.
So, join us Thursday to share Rick and Judi’s dinner and hear from our District Governor, Emma Bodewell. Emma has been a member of the Bridgton Lake Region Rotary Club since 1998. Although she initially joined to meet people in her community, she has stayed because she loves everything about Rotary! She is extremely passionate about being involved in the international side of Rotary.
The Big, Grey Rotary Barn is open and busy every Saturday from 8:30 to 11 a.m. selling furniture, household goods, boats, collectibles and just about anything.
We meet on Thursdays at 6 p.m. at our Clubhouse, 66 Montgomery Road, Boothbay Harbor. Join us, you'll be glad you did.
