The Boothbay Harbor Police Department made seven arrests and summonsed three between July 14 to Aug. 17. 

On July 14, Chief Doug Snyder summonsed Robert Lee, 51 of Newcastle for obstructing public ways.

On July 23,  Sgt. Jacob Powers and officer Ryan Potter summonsed Sadie Gerry, 30, of Southport for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

On July 26, Powers arrested Matthew Ginger, 51, of Boothbay for public drinking and obstructing public ways.

On July 30, officer Garrett French arrested Jordan Bean, 34, of Boothbay for violating conditions of release.

On Aug. 1,  Powers and Potter arrested Susan Wald, 64, of Boothbay Harbor for operating under the influence.

On Aug. 1, Powers and Potter arrested Gary Dow, 71, of Bradley Beach, New Jersey for driving under the influence.

On Aug.3, Powers arrested Rosa Alfredo, 34, of Avon, Massachusetts for operating under the influence.

On Aug. 13, Powers and Potter arrested Marco Quijosaca, 26, of Worcester, Massachusetts for driving under the influence.

 On Aug. 14, Snyder summonsed John Orebaugh, 68, of Tampa, Florida for indecent conduct.

On Aug. 16, Powers arrested Mariah King, 25, of Hickory, North Carolina for operating under the influence.
