The Boothbay Harbor Planning Board approves the Fullers’ shoreland permit July 2. ISABELLE CURTIS/Boothbay RegisterJuly 2, the Boothbay Harbor Planning Board unanimously approved Chuck and Jeanne Fuller’s site plan application and shoreland permit to operate Fuller Marine Construction at 85 Atlantic Ave. Fuller is going through the application process as the new owner, not due to property changes.
The board also approved Boothbay Region Land Trust’s (BRLT) site plan application to add a 53-car, gravel parking lot and 1,500-square-foot garage at 60 Samoset Road.
The findings of fact for these applications will be approved July 8.
In other business, the board unanimously elected Merritt Blakeslee chair and Ronald Cohen vice chair, and appointed David Cody secretary, if he accepts. He was absent.
