Cross Point Road in Edgecomb is hosting its annual 5-mile yard sale Saturday, Aug. 8, beginning at 8 a.m. and ending at 1 p.m. The Edgecomb Community Church will be the first stop on the road holding its annual yard sale and bake sale. The Thrift Store will also be open from 8 to 1 along with a bake sale and Busy Hands homemade items hosted by the church downstairs in the church vestry. Free coffee will be available along with access to restrooms. 

Start your day off right and check out Cross Point Road’s many yard sales, and plan on stopping at the Edgecomb Community Church to check out their many yard sale contributions and Fellowship Hall offerings of baked goods, homemade knitted goods and crafts, and thrift store items.

Proceeds from the church’s yard sale, thrift store, bake sale and Busy Hands handcrafts support the Church’s mission outreach which includes but not limited to: Carpenter’s Boat Shop, Pilgrim Lodge, Doctors without Borders, World Kitchen, Church World Service, Lincoln County Recovery Center, local individual needs, Edgecomb Eddy School, Habitat for Humanity, Community Resource Organization (Fuel Assistance), Set for Success in Edgecomb, Edgecomb Women’s Sober House, New Hope, Unhoused population and Maine Seacoast Mission.

Follow the signs off Routes 1 and 27 to Cross Point Road in Edgecomb. This event will be held rain or shine.
