Knights of Pythias
Greetings from the Knights of Pythias Lodge #32 and welcome to spring! Well, the calendar said we made it.
Coming up at the K.P. Hall on March 26 at 6 p.m. is a roast beef dinner for members and guests. Once again we have Chef Kim Mills from the Tugboat Inn serving up this great meal for us. Cost will just be a donation of your choice. After dinner our group will go into a meeting and do the final rank work on its three new members. It's never to later for new people to join. We have some very nice perks for you as you become members of good standing. So please feel free to ask about them.
We will be holding more dances soon with dates to be announced. Also, we are talking over a spring yard sale at the hall where we will rent tables for a small fee. And we also will be doing our annual lobster bake/dance on the dock fundraiser at the Boothbay Lobster Wharf on May 19. So things will be jumping for our group.
We want to congratulate Tim Sprague, Nataleigh and Garry Blackman, Richard Spofford and Frank Brenton on their great showing in the music competition in Tennessee last week. You made your hometown proud.
