Dear Editor:

The issues of safety, traffic flow and funding regarding the proposed roundabout/traffic circle/rotary all appear to be positive.

Ed Shaw commented, as an “anti-roundabouter,” that summer congestion was not bad enough to disrupt the community.

Disruption? Fortunately for him he lives in East Boothbay and not where the Botanical Gardens traffic comes into play. Let him try Corey Lane to get to and from his residence.

As for the proposed roundabout, in the words of my late sister -- "Let’s Go For It!”
