Dear Editor:

I would like to say that I am appalled with this “ObamaCare” marketplace insurance. It is only my opinion, but I think the whole thing is illegal and just another way for the government to get more money out of people.

I took the insurance because I didn’t want to get penalized. But I still got a big amount of money taken out of my tax return. So what good did this do for me to take the insurance since I still got penalized?

You get less of a penalty if you don’t have the insurance. What is wrong with this picture?

H & R Block said I wasn’t paying enough of a monthly payment. If that is the case, then it is up to the marketplace to tell me.

I went to see Representative Stephanie Hawke about this matter. I feel I was treated unjustly. I urge everyone that this has happened to to go see or call Stephanie Hawke or contact Sen. Susan Collins’ office. I have been learning that this is happening to a lot of people.

There is nothing that should be mandatory.
