Dear Editor:

We would like to take a moment to thank everyone for the love, support and out pouring of generosity for our family. It is a reminder of how lucky we are to live in such a community. We are truly blessed. Words can never express our deep gratitude.

Along with the family and friends who nurtured us in our time of need with food, flowers and contributions we would also like to thank the area businesses that were immediately on our doorsteps in one of our darkest moments.

Possibilities Salon of Wiscasset for allowing us to feel beautiful.

The Animal House of Damariscotta for accepting donations and delivering food and supplies to our beloved pets.

Ames Supply of Wiscasset for delivering supplies for our horses.

Wiscasset Community Center for all of their extra efforts to be sure Gavin’s Celebration of Life was special.

Our employers, Department of Marine Resources in Boothbay Harbor, Washburn & Doughty in East Boothbay and L.L. Bean in Freeport for their patience and understanding as we deal with our loss.
